Avenue of the Americas

Photorealistic marketing images and a fly-through animation for this high spec office fit-out in New York for longstanding client Michael O’Sullivan Design working in collaboration with Swanke Hayden Connell.

The imaging process was started at a relatively early stage of design and with sketch production information. We worked closely with architect over a number of months, experimenting with finishes, colours and furniture types before arriving at the final design scheme. The images were used to visually sign off the architects proposals with the building occupier and to consolidate design thinking at various stages of the process.
